We're enjoying The New Coach Trip1 (it's not actually called that). Weren't sure after the first episode, but having watched another three today we can appreciate it now. I would rather have seen another new series of Coach Trip than this, but I can see the problems it had. Too much tactical "friendly" voting to manipulate things. Mostly people just wanted to go home, and the only way they had of punishing cheating and attempts to manipulate the vote was to, er, send people home.
I think this new series could do with slightly longer episodes and longer "series". Just one week with each group is not really enough, and each individual show is very rushed. This first week they are in Barcelona, I would like to see more of the locations too, make it more of a travel show.
I hope we carry on enjoying it.
