I went to cricket tonight, 20/20 at Canterbury, Kent Spitfires vs Middlesex Panthers. It tried to be a wash out, the match was cut very short because of bad weather. It looked like we were going to be refunded, when rain stopped play after only five overs, but they managed to restart. Lots of beer drinking anyway, and quite a lively finish - I get the impression that 20/20 cricket is always like this. Kent lost in the end by only 2 balls. Middlesex needed 6 off 4 balls, then 6 off 3 balls, then... oh, they got a six. Nice way to finish for them.
