You can now set some advanced options in the calendar, and combining this with some tricks at ifttt.com you can now set things to happen relative to sunset or sunrise, different events to trigger when you're on holiday, and lots more. You'll need a lightwaverf wifi-link still, and other hardware. Interesting stuff I'm sure you'll agree!
I think I've set up an interesting recipe on ifttt.com that is going to combine in an interesting and useful way with my new water butt pump (when I get it). Each day ifttt.com checks the weather and if it's going to be clear it turns on the sprinkler connected to the water butt at a set time, for an amount of time that is relative to how hot it's going to be (one extra degree centigrade hotter means one more minute of pumping). It hasn't triggered yet, I hope it works, I will report back.
