Blog2013 ≫ A weekend of landmarks

Number one son got into Seabrook Primary, our first choice of school, this is great news. We had been worried about this, as the other choices of school that are relatively near to the house were just not up to the same standard, and I don't know what we'd have done if he'd not got in. It's not like he had to do an exam for it or anything, we have just been picked because we live close enough, but we were worried anyway.

Also number two son had his first food today, some baby rice. He did not go much on it. He has a new trick though, if we hold his hands and say "stand up" he pulls himself up onto his feet. He doesn't seem to understand any other words but he definitely gets "stand up"...

Clare is out at the Sandgate Hotel with Emma, so I am home alone. Just installing memcached on this website, but probably not going to finish setting it up tonight and watch the rest of 28 Weeks Later instead.
