Blog2013 ≫ Bits and pieces sort of day

Went to Hythe. Came back, watched some rugby. Got rid of the old spare bed, to make room for the new sofa bed that is being delivered this week. Got a spare part in the post for our dualit toaster, the timer has been sticking on it and burning the toast but I thought I'd try and repair it. We've probably had it nearly ten years but it's good so worth repairing. Think it's all working nicely now, the proper test will be with the mornings toast.

Number one son took a dive off the dining room table, he has a big cartoon egg sized bruise on his head, he's OK though. He was reaching for some sweets and over stretched himself. Think number two son might be teething, he's dribbling a lot and putting his fist in his mouth, it's a bit early though isn't it at only three months?

Got some nice wine and beer from One One Two wines in Hythe so will try one of them this evening.

One bid1 on the pool table1 at last! So someone thinks it is worth 99p! Now I need someone else to get involved. Had an email from someone who might offer my 200 quid to end the auction now but as I can't spare the time to arrange a viewing this weekend I think we're going to let the auction ride. I have uploaded some new pictures and video2 of the pool table in this old folder of pictures2 that is linked to from the ebay listing... So if you want to see what it looks like now then check it out. Basically the same condition as it was when we first put it in Dom's garage.

Tomorrow got the trip West for the funeral.
