I seem to remember when I transferred from BT to SKY I was really given the runaround, hope I am not again. Apparently I have to give 31 days notice to quit, sounds reasonable. I am advised by plus net not to quit until I have given them the mac code.
If you currently have broadband - you'll need an active service to switch to Plusnet. If you cancel your broadband account with your current provider your move will be delayed.
