Had a great christmas tea tonight too that I forgot to mention, bubble and squeak made of leftover potatoes and brussel sprouts, fried up and chucked in a sandwich.
Brussel sprouts played quie a part in today's eating, as they should. I made a festive sausage casserole for my main course, with cranberries in, and topped it with some rosti / bubble and squeak type things - grated potato, onion, and brussel sprout. They were very good, very pleased how it turned out. I have more for boxing day lunch tomorrow too.
