Blog2012 ≫ Is this day seven?

Things are going well here. Took thing one to nursery this morning, bleary eyed and in my slippers, but I did it. I am sleeping quite well, I have the easiest shifts though. I'm staying up as late as I can and doing thing two a midnight feed with a bottle, then taking him up to our room. Then Clare sees to him in the night when he wakes, and then I get up first again in the morning. So I'm getting a good six hours in one go which is alright. These are probably easier hours than I used to do when I was young and went out of the house and things!

Can't believe my first week of paternity leave is gone already.

Really pleased with my lightwaverf dimmers and remote. Going to fit the first socket today. I like having one button to shut everything down around the house. Looking forward to getting more sockets and switches, but at about 40 each I won't be doing the whole house in one go. Then also looking forward to getting the internet link for them all, for christmas.
