Blog2010 ≫ A bookcase to match our bookcases

Collect from London (yawn)

These never come up1, a John Lewis Bergerac bookcase1. Collect from London. Pay for it yourself, collect it from London, and deliver it to my new house. Please?

When we got married we bought some [ebay=john lewis bergerac]Bergerac furniture from John Lewis[/ebay], two book cases, and I thought we'd eventually buy just this. It's very expensive, and a bit chunky, and now they discontinued it anyway. We bought a sideboard, that turned out to be a slightly different colour to the bookcases, ah well. I think we're better off with lighter furniture (lighter in colour, and in generallyless heavy feeling in sheer presence), but it's still lovely stuff. [ebay=john lewis bergerac]You might still get it here occasionally[/ebay].

I'm not even going to go into why I had to work at half ten last night. OK I will, I turned some logging on and logged 3/4 of a million records to the database which caused a problem, oops. It was asked for and all OK'd and everything but I look like the owner of this issue so I will be getting the tut-tut-tuts from around the building... Still on the plus side, I fixed the issue too. I should get a certificate or something for this. Not one with P45 on it I hope.

The boy slept well again in the night, I did not for worrying about what I'd done at work. Went in to him this morning and he was up in a crawling position in his cot for the first time, so this means I have to put the cot down to its lowest level for tonight...
