My issue seems to be that xbmc can only connect to itunes versions 6 and below, I'm too new... Going to install Firefly 1 and hope itunes doesn't mind it running alongside. Need to change the itunes port number so firefly can use it, as xbmc can only connect to port 3689...
xbmc: XBox Media Centre, some code that would run on an old xbox or other computer hardware to play movies + music etc. I used to talk about this a lot...
