Hmm, seem likely this is kosher1? I thought Killing an Arab was quite rare and valuable anyway... I guess if this story could be proven it wouldn't be at this price. You've got a couple of hours to decide...
this is a nice item for cure fans- i got this at a boot fair from a guy who says he was given this as a thank you for some promo / plugging work he did in the early days for small wonder records. it's the first cure single "killing an arab" without a picture sleeve, which is signed on it's label by robert and laurence. he says there were a few of these done and they doubled up as promos with an accompanying press release (which this DOESN'T come with). i don't know how true that is but it's a nice item whatever. it's priced nice and low as i didn't have to pay over the odds for it, you may want to keep it to replace your own sleeved copy, whatever....
