I've had a problem on the site with some of the phone numbers getting corrupted:
Pretty exciting that so many people are using the site, why do more of you not leave a message?Please can you change the tiger inns number as its on alot of your telephone numbers for businesses in folkstone ie.. imperial hotel, burstan hotel, hawkinge community centre, mustangs pub and many more! we recieve about 50 calls early and late through out the day and all the people that call say they found the number on folkstone gerald.
This is my website The 'Gerald that I built in a fury of excitement when we first moved here in approximately 2004. I'd been a frequent visitor for a while previous to that so I am technically one of those DFLs you get now. This site was updated more frequently with a gig calendar + voting for favourite venues + things, and I know it was a handy resource for those who were thinking of moving to the area. Now I've moved out of Folkestone again (though only a couple of miles) it doesn't get as much love as it used to. Ironic really as The town is now becoming the exciting place we always thought it was just about to. I am not Gerald by the way, this comes from a pretend newspaper in an episode of The Day Today or something, the Portsmouth Gerald, + how there is a local newspaper here called the Folkestone Herald.
