Hey, difficult thing isn't it? Do you wait for "the crash that might never happen" or just get on and buy a house. I think the whole market is getting a bit nervy, even houses in Fareham are selling slowly. Interesting to see what's going to happen, just wish it'd happen sooner rather than later.
