Blog2008 ≫ Canterbury Twitter chatter kicking off

Been monitoring twitter.com for mentions of [place]Canterbury[/place], and it's all kicked off today after the archbishop made some ill judged comment or other about Sharia law 1:

These messages were sent while you were offline.

Quite liking this following twitter content by instant messager 2. I signed up once and now any time I'm offline, it emails me everything it found (that might be only because I have content going to my googlechat account, bit of an accidental mash-up there). Now if only there was any actual content on twitter, it'd be great. Other modern messaging setups are available 3...

  1. I wonder if / when the BBC will follow everyone else's example and put more actual content or keywords in their urls?
  2. Don't suppose this is still a thing http://help.twitter.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=79
  3. Hmm I had a thing at http://pauly.jaiku.com/ at some point, was it a rival to twitter?
