Blog2008 ≫ Flickr interactive adventure game

I haven't made one, but I was just attaching some notes to this picture (think you have to be logged into Flickr to see them, and using the notes to contextually link to other pictures, and it made me think, couldn't someone write some kind of adventure game based on this principle? Just a game that uses that "click on this bit of the picture to go here" is pretty primitive, but is there anything like this using Flickr already?

You have to view the picture on Flickr's site for the full effect, there's no API to the "notes" yet I don't think (I can add a note but not read back the existing notes), and as I say you have to be logged in and possibly have to be one of my Flickr chums too.
