Kind of... James Marsters (Spike out of Buffy) is going to appear on Torchwood1 tonight, just a guest role. Also Joss Whedon was spotted at the BBC a couple of days ago, I read it on the popbitch forum2 (so it's definitely true...), wonder if it's connected with the rumoured Ripper spinoff...
