Cheers for those

FG ≫ 2007 ≫ Cheers for those

I've put the other pictures at the top of the forum, (search for Pretty Things pictures if you're arriving here much later) and you'll see them rotating on the site too.

Any more old pics you can find, please send them in, and if you're sister would link to folkestonegerald.com or folkestonegerald.com/history/ that would be just GREAT!

Thanks again for contributing...

This is part of my website The Folkestone Gerald that I set up in a fury of excitement when I first came to Folkestone sometime in 2004. I had been a frequent visitor for a while before that but I am technically one of those Down From Londons you get now. This site was updated more frequently with a gig calendar and voting for favourite places + things, and I know it was a useful resource for others who were moving here. Now I've moved out of Folkestone again (though just a couple of miles) it doesn't get as much attention as it used to. Ironic really as Folkestone itself is now becoming the exciting place we knew it was just about to. My name is not Gerald by the way, this comes from the name of a pretend paper in an episode of The Day Today or something, the Portsmouth Gerald, + how there is a local newspaper here called the Folkestone Herald. Puns like this are great aren't they? Do contact me if you have something to offer, email anythign @ this domain, or try @folkestone or @pauly on Twitter.
