The Cure are playing Wembley on March 20th according to the nme1. Thanks to Emma for pointing this out, she's right though, we have been spoiled in seeing them in the very cosy confines of the Barfly, as part of a lucky crowd of about 200 people. Can they still fill Wembley? It is only the arena, so about 20,000 capacity I think, but it's still a horrible horrible venue...
Tickets strangely go on sale Saturday morning, should we get some or what? It's sure to "sell out" immediately, (ie they'll put all the shit seats on sale and we'll buy them and they'll announce it's sold out, then they'll allocate more tickets after they've had the news story about how quickly they sold out wembley)...
Nothing on thecure.com2 about this yet, I don't know if there's a pre-order number for fans or anything. Oh yes, I am a real fan, better at being a fan than all the other "so" "called" "Cure" "fans", read my past adventures...
