apart from pay the maintenance charges... the residents meet up regularly and agree things by committee. There's an accountant on call, but no solicitor I don't think. As I say, we're only ten flats in the one block. Flats have been sold since I've been in here, but I've not had to answer any questions. Maybe I've got my head in the sand a bit, sorry not to be more help...
This is part of my website The FG that I set up in a fury of excitement when we first moved here sometime in 2004. I'd been a frequent visitor for a while previous to that so I am technically one of those DFLs you get nowadays. This site was updated more frequently with a calendar of events and voting for favourite places and things, and I hear it was a useful resource for those who were thinking of moving to the area. Now I've moved out of Folkestone again (though just to Hythe) it doesn't get as much attention as it used to. Ironic really as The town is now becoming the exciting place we always thought it was just about to. My name is not Gerald by the way, the name comes from a fake newspaper in an episode of Brasseye or something, the Portsmouth Gerald, + how there is a local paper here called the Folkestone Herald.
