Spent a few hours with a really cool company earlier, hope they are thinking the same kind of salary I'm thinking. There was a range advertised with the job, I hope they agree with me that I'm at the top of that range. Oh, and that they are interested at all, and make me an offer. After some chasing I heard from the agency that was dealing with the job I went for at Big Local Employer. Bah, they're not interested. They need a Microsoft person, which I am not. The agency knew this beforehand, but talked me into going along anyway. That would have been great.
