I think they're saying that normally if there's a problem with your disk then you'd tick the little box on the case for them to take it out of circulation, but in this instance I don't need to. The only problem with the disk is that I sent back one and they said I'd sent something else... at least they're quick when there's a problem, even if they do fire off randomly generated nonsense emails like this.
Do you do Amazon rental? Wait there, I can find an affiliate link somewhere and earn a fiver!
