Starting with a grocery list manager for Firefox1... it's a weird one, but it might just work, all week I'm in front of the computer thinking about food, this might remind Clare and I of what we need to buy. It might however prompt me to click on things like lemongrass and mangos that are never ever going to get eaten. We have pretty much the same seven meals every week, and I love them, though I know Clare gets bored with soya mince...

Hmm, thought some more, be so much nicer if this ws a collaborative effort, like all these Web2.0 things are these days. Not that I'd want masses of anonymous webmongs updating my shopping list, but I'd really like for Clare and I to both be able to update this form work, and then print it out from home. If we had a printer at home, yeah, getting round to it... maybe this week's job will be finding the driver for the existing printer so we can print? Would really like a scanner again though, I have a stack of old photos that I'd like to put up on Flickr. Not keen on owning a printer though really, it feels like such a scam - they're dead cheap but consumables (ink) are too pricey...

Also, google chat2 embedded into mail.google.com? What's that all about? Don't think google chat is fully integrated with gmail yet, but right now you can opt to have your chat history archived within gmail, so you can refer to it later. I assume it'll work even though I use the Trillian3 client instead of google chat itself. UPDATE: yes it does, my fascinating chat with Stu about Vincent Gallo ebaying himself is now saved for posterity...

Also, AAAAHHH, a frozen squirrel fell out of a tree and crashed a car4.
