Blog2005 ≫ Waterloo and shitty line more like

My new way of getting to the train (Chancery Lane - Tottenham Court Road - Charing Cross) was pretty quick yesterday but THE STORM on the way to the tube was frightening! AND, this morning, I tried coming via the Waterloo and City line, and it sucked. Waterloo and Bank are far too big as stations to change at, it's a good five minute walk through each one, which slowed me right down.

At least we didn't get the snow that was forecast, yet. If we get it in London, chances are we won't in Folkestone, and vice versa. There's something about The Downs that means Folkestone gets whatever weather France gets instead. Ooh la la!

Everyone's dissing it, but I found that new Oasis single1 quite catchy. We're listening to the new album1 in the office right now, heard bits of Velvet Underground's "Waiting for my man" and Neil Young's "Like a Hurricane" in there so far, I think it's pretty good.
