La Bougie also up for sale

FG ≫ 2004 ≫ La Bougie also up for sale

A slightly more serious 455,000 for this one, though that includes a 3 bedroom flat and it's a nice part of town... Smith-Woolley & Perry1 are in charge of this:

The premises are situated within Sandgate Conservation Area on the A259 coastal road, within walking distance to the beach in an established retail area mainly given over to antique shops and restaurants. Folkestone town centre is approximately 1 miles distant and access to the M20 and Channel Tunnel Terminal at Cheriton are within approximately 2 miles. Ground floor restaurant with approx. 50 covers and separate three bedroom maisonette above. At the rear of the restaurant is an 'L' shaped drinks bar. At the rear is a fully equipped kitchen and wc accommodation.

💬 Still up for sale, down to 385,000 now

This is part of my site The FG that I set up in a frenzy of excitement when I first moved to Folkestone in approximately 2004. I had been a frequent visitor for a while before that but I am technically one of those Down From Londons you get nowadays. The site was a lot more dynamic with a calendar of events and voting for best venues and things, and I know it was a useful reference for those who were moving here. Now I've moved out of Folkestone again (though just to Hythe) it doesn't get as much attention as it used to. Ironic really as The town is now becoming the exciting place we knew it was just about to. My name is not Gerald BTW, this comes from a fake newspaper in an episode of The Day Today or something, the Portsmouth Gerald, + how there is a local paper here called the Folkestone Herald. Puns like this are GRATE aren't they? Do get in touch if you have anything to contribute, email anythign @ this domain, or try @folkestone or @pauly on the twitter.
