Starting to take this personally now, another flat in our building is now on the market, this one is the same size as ours1, also being on the third floor, it should be a mirror image of ours. Nice to see it's a bit more than we paid, but then it does have an en-suite. Have a look round1.
6c is still up for sale2, this is the very smart one we viewed a few times, but decided against spending that much... since then the price has been put up by FIFTY THOUSAND POUNDS, it's surprisingly not been snapped up though.
