I was passing through Elephant & Castle the other day, and the Weatherspoons was rammed with young (teenage/early 20s) (British) Chinese folk. They were spilling out all round the roundabout and shopping centre, chatting each other up, fighting, spraying (pretty bloody good) graffiti etc. They also had a quite varied really distinctive take on hip hop fashion, including some absolutely mental haircuts. Lots of dreads, lots of weird sculpted hyper-wedge type effects, lots of long plaits etc. I tried asking what they were up to or if there was a club night they were going to or something, but no-one seemed keen to say (I was in a rush so didn't have time to hang around and suss it out). Anyway, it was cool.
I had a board here used by the inner circle of popbitch, and friends, to gather content and discuss ideas.
