Looks like the amendments to the lease for the flat will be OK, though it's going to cost me to get that changed... transferring money into the solicitors account today, the vendor wants to complete by the end of the week, though I suspect it won't be before next week, we'll see...

Seems one fan of The Cure has gone all out to make me sorry for seeing them at the weekend, he might be buying the really nice flat that we couldn't afford 1...

  1. This was a reference to Clare's bro going to see the flat we called 6c, in Folkestone, that was on multiple levels and quite amazing. It was too much for us and not quite right, and he also did not go for it in the end.
