Wald's have a double garage 1, not quite London prices, but still 20k, lordy! Maybe I could buy that instead of the house, still have my investment and pool table space..?

valuable double garage premises and forecourt with potential in established residential location... approx 15' x 26' max dept and with power and light and mains water available... forecourt with approx 30' frontage...

Potential for what? I don't think things are so crazy there yet that this will be turned into a house, but you never know.
