Big load of mushrooms (about 1/2 a pound), quartered garlic (several cloves) 3 tsp five spice powder 1/2 tbs grated fresh ginger large onion, sliced thinly 2 tsp veggie gravy granules 1 tsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce oil for frying 1/2 pint water 2 tsp sesame oil a twist of fresh black pepper
FRY the garlic and the onion, ADD all the other ingredients, simmer for 15 minutes.
