House next door seemed to have been taken off the market, the for sale sign's gone, but now it's BACK... but with a different agent, with Right Move who have the rather nifty domain name stokenewington.co.uk... thought the price might have come down but they've put it on for five grand more 1 2 and they don't even have the 3D tour that the last estate agent was offering... Prices have to come down eventually 3.

  2. I wonder what the five grand more came to, for a house in Listria Park, Stoke Newington? It would look ridiculously affordable now, reading his back in 2022, but I must remember that is inflationary.
