PopEx ≫ 2002 ≫ Uncle Bob's World Cup Jubilee Indoor Street Party

Siamese confirmed for Uncle Bobs, 1st of June...

Uncle Bob's Wedding Reception have the hotly tipped Siamese playing at the next bash, here's what they have to say about it...

Formed by ex-MENSWEAR guitarist Chris Gentry, the Camden-based band also feature brother/sister singing partnership Rebecca and Daniel Deruvo. They describe themselves as a cross between Fleetwood Mac and the Pixies, but we reckon add to that a more rocking Wannadies with some early Eighties-style new wave-esque bells on. Lovely harmonies, lovely pop songs, gonna be HUGE. There's an A&R scrap over them already - and this will only be their fourth gig!

PopEx kissing cousins The Barfly have the second night of the Three Colours Red comeback gigs that night, but it's totally sold out...
