Clare and I went shopping at Gun Wharf, on the bus. Was busy around and about, glad we didn't have to negotiate traffic. A very enjoyable shop, so relaxing I even bought some stuff; a new Goretex jacket from North Face, some cordurouy trousers a denim shirt from Levi. Don't know when I last bought so much stuff in one day. Got a good lunch from Pret that we ate on the bus, and then got off the bus early and walked to the hospital to see Nan again. Got plenty of walking in this day.
