Did an extra swimming session with number one son today as he needs some help with his breathing on his front crawl and they just don't have time to focus on it at his lessons. So just he and I went today and we practiced that up and down the pool in Folkestone. Wasn't too busy in there, was nice. While we were there Clare and number two did a bit of shopping, and in the morning we'd already done their haircuts and stocking up on cheap stuff in Aldi. Home early for a relaxing afternoon and evening.
