Friday 21 May. He was looking for a parking space whilst driving a rather cheap looking blue BMW. So tiny he could barely see over the steering wheel. Rather attractive lady in the passenger seat, she had a lot of (what looked like) wet look gel in her hair. Several Glasgow punters shouted "Awright Billy" at him as he drove past (I didn't, wasn't sure of his name), he just smirked.
