For the fans, by the fans. And Zoe Ball.
A group of Feeder fans have put together their very own tribute album to the band, comprising of cover versions of their favourite tracks. After visitors to Feeders website message board began to put up demos last year, one fan, Tom Perou, took it upon himself to collaborate the tracks and post a full album online. With even more messages and demos flooding into the bands website, Tom has compiled a second tribute album called A Place Inside Our Minds.
Impressed by the fans first effort, Xfm DJ Zoe Ball has submitted a cover version of Buck Rogers to the album, the single which catapulted the band to become a household name in 2001.
Tom Perou has been a massive fan of the band since 2000. When a friend played him Polythene, Tom found himself so impressed that he ran into town to buy his own copy after having heard only the first half of the album. Inspired to release the tribute albums as a thank you present to Feeder, Tom says that Zoes track is really uplifting and it represents the album perfectly, its just a bit of fun.

I moved the content here here when the website eventually closed down at the start of the 2000s. Hope this ignites memories (if anyone sees this).
