AAS party in Brixton on Thursday, with GOODIE BAGS!

How can I fail to give a mention to Artists Against Success1 5th birthday party, at the Windmill in Brixton on Thursday when I am quoted on their listings page, nice one... "ACE" in fact.

The night will feature live delights from the history of the AAS label, including Frankie Machine, Johnny Domino, and MJ Hibbettt and the Validators, fresh from an enormous amount of plugging on Steve Lamacq's Radio 6 show. And oh yes, there will be GOODIE BAGS, of singles and stuff for the first few in there.

I will be there, and if that's not reason enough to head south of the river, they will have copies of their label retrospective "NO SALES: NO SELLOUT" available, featuring what seems to be all the singles they've released so far, this is pretty much the cream of the crop.

C U next Thursday.

I replicated this content here when the website eventually shut down in the early '00s. Hope this ignites memories (assuming you find it).
