PopEx ≫ 2001 ≫ Dylan in the movies

Sting got nothing, ha...

While Bjork risked foot-and-mouth, and not a little ridicule for coming dressed as a SWAN, the rest of the Oscars was boring, and not music related. So we won't dwell on it.

The only thing relevant to us was that Bob Dylan picked up a doorstop for "Things Have Changed", best original song, from "Wonder Boys".

The high point was Steve Martin's point about violence in films - "I took a nine year old kid to see Gladiator and he cried though the entire film. But maybe it's because he didn't know who I was."

Ah go on then, a prize of a CD for the first person to name three songs relating to Bob Dylan AND films.
