PopEx ≫ 2001 ≫ GRATE weak for ROCK!

Oh yeah...

If now is supposed to be such a GRATE time for ROCK, as pronounced by all newspapers everywhere, then why are this week's pop charts going to make the smallest impact on popEx, EVER!?!?

It's not unusual (thanks Tom) for 19 out of 20 of the pop charts to be popEx artists, but this week, I don't mind asking WHO ARE YOU ALL?

Good work to Limp Bizkit, but the only other acts in the top ten and also in the game are Dre and J-Lo... The only others in the top 30 are hardly worth mentioning, either because of their predictability, their mediocrity, or both.

Some charting acts have been missed, and that's just down to my incompetence / lazinesss / stubbornness (for the last time, Dido! NO!), but surely not all of them? Where are the inspirational acts soaring into the top ten?

Let's have a poll, details are here: [nope sorry all polls are gone now, this was leftover from popex].
