Here is what I have been sent and liked over the past week...
Oasis' new single... the lead track "Sunday Morning Call" is a lot of tired old arse, but there's a track called "Full On", and it does what it says on the tin, it rocks like a volcano...
Hayley's Cake - funkengrooven, but I already mentioned this one didn't I...
Hooverdam - this one DOESN'T rock out at all, it is from the gentler end of their pop spectrum, but is still NIIICE...
Cousteau - sounds slightly worryingly like David Coverdale in places, but like David Bowie in others, well deserving of the hype and of the fourth slot on this "chart"...
David Devant - Radar - not new, I even paid for it myself, but one of the best new things I got this week.
Medal - needs more listens, but sounds really "I'll just have a quick lie down" / Floyd / Radiohead / not daytime listening is my first impression...
Midfield General, Crashland and High Fidelity also sent stuff too, just not my bag, I am not an professional reviewer...

I moved the content here here when the website finally closed down in the early noughties. Hopefully this ignites memories (assuming you read this).
