TOP curry yesterday, went to Tayyab near Whitechapel, very good, queued right out the door, which makes a change from all the hustling you get on Brick Lane... had a few pints before in The Ten Bells, also well recommended.
Note to self: Never, ever go to Lakeside again, it's rubbish. It's a shame, because it was pretty speedy to get too and from, but next time we're heading to Bluewater instead.
Cleaned out the back of the cupboard, a mouse had definitely been in there, probably hundreds of mice, who'd been gorging themselves on a long forgotten bag of flour and then shitting every where.
Also set up a weblog for Clare today, you will use it won't you lover?

I don't use iTunes myself, but I'm sure I will when I have a bigger setup and can sync everything... at the moment I move stuff to the IPOD and then delete it from the PC as I don't have a lot of storage... Anyway, it seems that iTunes has pulled the ability to copy tracks back from your IPOD to your computer in the latest version... so here's info on how to restore this handy functionality, thanks to apple.weblogsinc.com.
Big step this, me getting a new computer, the PC I have has lasted through three houses and six years, though it's been upgraded a bit... Going to get just another cheap one, but one that I can expand again, I want a lot of storage, on the network, to use it as some kind of media server... I'm bound to have some aggro with shifting things over from one computer to another, as Dad is having right now with his new computer...
Think I'll keep my copy of Anapod just in case too...
MM, anyway, last night, went for a drink in the Ten Bells and then for a curry on Brick Lane... very nice, though they kept us waiting too long... Not sure how our friend Weston Super(Night)mare would have coped, there would have been some arses seriously kicked and a storming out again no doubt.

...which I am being forced to write so my boyfriend can read what I have been doing and what I am thinking at all times.
This weekend was fairly unproductive. We did make the effort to go shopping but gave up in despair after an hour or two. Too many sodding people. Not that anywhere is likely to be quiet enough for my low tolerance levels on a Saturday close to Christmas, but Lakeside was a bad move. It really is grim there. Bluewater is slightly better so maybe we will brave that another weekend.
Had a good evening though. Went to the Ten Bells (an old Ripper pub) and then for a fantastic curry near Whitechapel. Had to queue for ages for a table but well worth the wait.
Today we went to Spittalfields, mainly for the Square Pies but we did have a cursory glance round the stalls. Again it was just too busy. grrr. Think I will buy all my pressies on line next year.
