Went to Mildreds vegetarian cafe last night (very good), and David Walliams was talking to a smaller bearded fellow. The guy with the beard talked a bit like David Schneider's character in Alan Partidge, which made me think it was about work. Maybe Walliams was offering to lapdance for him, though they moved from the bar table, to a better table at the back of the restaurant before I could gather any evidence of this. I didn't see what he was eating, but I had the mushroom and ale pie.

That's David Schneider. Y'know. The one with the funny face off The Day Today, the Friday Night Armistice, anything involving the comedy axis of Chris Morris/Armando Iannucci. Anyway, saw him walking down Highbury Park Road while I was on the number 19 bus. He was wearing glasses. I have previously seen him on a bike. Fascinating, c'est ne pas?
