Got to try and clean this photo up for my Nan, any volunteers? From left to right that's Albert "Toby" Allen, Dennis Sherwood, Ken O'Brien, Vernon Sherwood and Eric "Pim" Tyler. My granddad is in the middle the others are his brothers in law, my great uncles. Toby, the last surviving member of the party died last week, that was the funeral I was at on Friday.
It's a daunting task to tidy up that picture, there's so much of it missing...

Free online photoshop? More like a rival to Flickr really, host your pictures and do simple editing of them. Guessing most people use photoshop for more heavy-duty monkey business that Potatoshop Express won't do. I use GIMP (though not very often and not very well), but for people who just want to crop pictures to put on their facebook page or something, it'll be just the job.
I bet Flickr roll out more image manipulation tools any time now.

Flickr already does have loads of photo editing software - they did a deal with Piknik late last year and they offer far more than Photoshop Express (in my view). Photoshop Express is just cashing in on the Photoshop brand, trying to pull consumers in on the back of that. I tried the Demo of Photoshop Express and man it was SLOW on my Core2 Duo laptop - not impressed. I hate anything embedded in flash too - but the web's going to see more and more of that as Adobe seem to be betting big time on the Flex engine in Flash. It's got some advantages too i.e. you no longer have to code for each browser quirks, and provides an almost standard interface for Flash type interfaces. Not an open standard though (yet) so hopefully it'll all die but it's popping up all over the place so I doubt it.

Also there's an xml feed of photoshop, a JSON feed , search my photoshop venue info, photoshop on Your Folkestone.
