good managing agent in folkestone

all of you who live in flats with managing agents running things- who do you recomend in Folkestone for getting things done promptly,and fair prices . Our flats need to appoint a new agent ,any suggestions of the good,bad or ugly.....thanks

hi, thanks for replying. Do you use a serveyor to estimate/run larger repairs ,and which one,any recomendations would be gratefully received ,also builders. Do you answer all rhe questions asked if a flat is being sold,or do you emply a solicitor to do that one behalf of you all? Thanks

I've not had to do anything since I've been here

apart from pay the maintenance charges... the residents meet up regularly and agree things by committee. There's an accountant on call, but no solicitor I don't think. As I say, we're only ten flats in the one block.
Flats have been sold since I've been in here, but I've not had to answer any questions. Maybe I've got my head in the sand a bit, sorry not to be more help...
