If only we'd known that iPods would unite and overthrow the very humans they entertained

Dec42006

From The Simpsons, via Wired:

A citizen of the future laments: If only we'd known that iPods would unite and overthrow the very humans they entertained...

HEY! My IPOD has come back to life now, I think, I've managed to restore it and get it talking to the PC again. I was sure I'd gone a step too far this time and was ready to buy another one, but it turns out that as well as all the corruption that was going on, I have a problem with my dock too. Plugged the IPOD in directly, and I think I've left it at home restoring itself... will know more tonight.
