It's got it's own website you know... No sign of Roger DeHaan's masterplan there though, that's what I'm looking for!
Plans and models are quite possibly on show down at the harbour from this weekend. With an ice rink thrown in free!
UPDATE: Thanks "Anon", the masterplan is now available online, as a series of PDF's, so you might need need the free reader from adobe.com.

I saw them! they look amazing!
www.sosfolkestone.info - there are some details and pictures here.
BUT if we want it to happen we have got to let the council know that the local people OPPOSE GODDENS PLANS and APPROVE DE HAAN'S PLANS - otherwise we'll be saddled with a slum tower block.

And CHAPTER 5 is online now as well. That's been 'coming soon' until now. It seems to be the main chapter.

and put oru names to the petition and everything... the temporary ice rink is nothing to write home about, but if it's getting people down there then it's doing it's job.

De Haan told me probably about 6-7 years...
But it all depends on the council throwing out Jimmy Godden's planning application.

Whose plans do we want, Mr DeHaan's or Mr Godden's. I'm sure the council will be taking this newspaper survey into account...

is the Herald on the internet? I'm not in Folkestone at the moment - how can I get my vote in to the paper?

So you'd need to get one. It's going to be overwhelmingly in support of De Haan, though I don't know what sway it will have.
