Unusual U2 gig

Hello all, I am BACK after another days holiday, I was down in Folkestone to see The Darkness and Goldie Lookin' Chain, review and pictures later... First, maybe you can help with this request, anyone here old enough?

Visited your site & was wondering if you could help me date a Gig Poster I have. To me it looks v.early as it's at The Golden Eagle ...think this was a pub/club in Birmingham & U2 are scheduled to play on 17th Sept. U2's name has no prominence & is in there against a list of other Bands like Expressos, Androids, Circles, The Naturals etc who were all Gigging circa 79-80.

Any help/advise you can give would be much appreciated.
