How are you going to celebrate Adele leaving the big brother house? The Fighting Cocks are playing a GIG, in Angel. Can't remember where though. Electrowerkz? Does that make sense? Go in the door marked "BOB" (for LO, it is "The Fighting Cocks vs the Church of Subgenius"), the other door is for goths only.
Also Saturday, it's Uncle Bobs again, Kings Cross Water Rats, live band this week is Exile Inside, the less you know about them the better. Go though, anyway, and go to the Fighting Cocks after, they're not on until Midnight.
To round off your weekend, what could be better than an evening in the company of MJ Hibbett? He's bringing joy to the masses of Hackney Wick, at a place called Basha.
Hibbett proclaims "I am excited as am doing THE GRATE NEW SONG for the first time - so hope it actually IS a GRATE NEW SONG, and not, as has occurred on MANY occasions, ONLY A GRATE SONG IN MY MIND".
