When I've cleared 800 emails. Got to check them all carefully for unsubscribes, to make sure I'm on the right side of the law...

  1. Not really enough room for a pool table - although the lounge is 24' (A-B) by 18' (A-C) at it's widest points, the right hand bit (where the table would ideally go) is more like eleven or twelve feet, which isn't wide enough. The table would fit in the biggest bit of the room, but that doesn't feel right somehow.

  2. It was fantastically decorarated, really looked good, and also it was empty, both of which made it feel big, but I think with furniture in it wouldn't have seemed big enough

  3. There was nowhere to put the hoover. A really silly sounding point, but there were a few other practical gotchas - it seemed a lot like a hotel sweet, and not like a real home, I didn't want to try and move in there and find out there was nowhere to put stuff that you forget about, like an ironing board and other practical things

  4. No outside space, no garden or balcony, I think I need one or the other

  5. High service charge

  6. My friend I was with, who's looking for something similar said he liked it but wouldn't buy it, an important one

So, a shame, especially as it was in an apparently good area of town with a sea view, and with secure underground parking. Keep looking!
