It was the launch party of Bang Magazine last night, and in keeping with their "Mid 90's Melody Maker" staffing policy, they only invited "celebs" who were in the 'Maker in the mid '90s too.
93 Feet East is on Brick Lane. There was a free bar.

Who can say if The Melody Maker would have featured The Darkness on their cover or not? If they'd been around at the same time, maybe.
Anyway, The Darkness provided the rock based entertainment at the Bang Magazine launch party last night, and it was ace.

Oh yeah, they're not Britpop Melody Maker types, but they were also there. They were in fancy dress, it was hilarious.
