I've not actually seen Bo Selecta so I can't repeate any of his hilarious catchphrases, but I know who he is and it was definitely him. He was in disguise, IE wearing a baseball hat rather than a neck brace and / or a massive rubber chin.
He's got a neat little man-minge of a ginger beard.
